Our Process

Give us a call or use our contact us page to tell us about your project. We'll reply within 1 business day and ask you some additional questions. With the Build Simple Process, we'll spend more time than our competitors trying to understand your unique needs up front over the phone so that when we do a Walk Through to finalize our price we come prepared and are ready to offer true value.

Once you've reached out and we've compiled some information about your project, we'll discuss what time would be most convenient for us to see the project to finalize our price. We understand that you may have a busy schedule, so we commit to visiting at a time that works for you, and we'll show up when we say we will.

After we've done the walk through, we'll send you our Simple Proposal. We'll include a description of the work, our price to perform the services, a detailed breakdown so that you understand what you are buying, and a timeframe that includes when we can start and finish the job.

We'll follow up to see if you have any questions or concerns regarding our Proposal. If you decide to build simple, we'll finalize the paperwork and confirm the start date.

On the night before our start date, and every day during the job, we'll confirm who will be on the job, when they'll be there, and what they'll be doing. With the build simple process, we do the upfront planning so that things go smoothly throughout construction.

Throughout construction, and before we wrap up the project, we'll ask for feedback on how we're doing. It is our promise to provide the quality that our client's deserve. We will ensure that we've addressed all of your needs. We'll send out a survey at the end of the job to see if we've truly made building simple.
