Exterior ROI

We were fortunate enough to be awarded a complete exterior refresh of this existing home in Northborough, Massachusetts. We stripped the existing clapboard siding, removed the existing windows, soffits, and deck rails.

Typically installed is a simple Tyvek wrap, which offers a vapor barrier, but this installation required longevity. We installed Henry Blueskin VP100 - which provides enhanced water protection but also envelope breathability- and a drainage layer to provide longevity for the already durable cement board siding.

In addition, we installed Anderson 400 series windows that provide not only structural rigidity with their solid wood frames, but also longevity with their vinyl clad exterior. The windows were mulled with a unique pattern giving this home a one-of-a-kind look.

To top it all off, we installed a beautiful stone veneer at the base of our siding. Included in this project was also lighting installation, an electrical service upgrade, various utility relocations, and deck railing upgrades.
